The Carnival opens daily at 1 pm and closes at 11 pm (except for Sunday, 6 pm closing).
North star Amusements returns with super spectacular rides, Vertigo, G-Force, kiddie rides, and traditional favorites. Stop by and see the expanded Carnival in Fair Market Building Lawn.
